Download and unzip your design
Every design page lists the 8 file formats you can download: PES, DST, JEF, EXP, VP3, HUS, XXX and CND. Here is how to get the right file onto your machine.
1. Find your download
Open My library. Free designs are there right after checkout. Paid designs appear once payment is confirmed.
2. Unzip it
Save the downloaded file somewhere you can find it. If it ends in .zip, use your device’s Extract or Unzip option to open it, then look for the embroidery file in your format.
3. Pick your format

This list is a guide only. Your machine manual is the final word on which formats it reads.
4. Copy it to your machine
Follow your machine manual to transfer the file. Many machines read files from a USB stick and do not look inside sub-folders, so copy the file itself to the top level of the stick.
